OPERATION MANUAL

To achieve optimum performance ,please read this instruction before using this studio flash. 

Precautions

(1) Be sure to connect it to a rated power source.

(2) Do not keep it in a hot or humid place .protect it from direct sunlight or being splashed.

(3) Do not handle this studio flash and power cord with wet hands.

(4) Never attempt to disassemble this studio flash owing to high voltage inside .Repair 

should be done by authorized technicians.

Operation

(1) power and modeling lamp switch

When POWER switch(3) is at direction of ”1” ,,main capacitance charges ,the indicator lights(6) up 

model light power switch(4) at position of “1” model light lights up

(2) Test button

Flash will be fired by pressing this button(5) .it is for the purpose of testing before shooting.

(3) Adjustment output power

   Adjust button can set different power output power

(4) Sync cord jack (8)and this may blow the fuse in the Flash

(5) Fuse holder

Check the fuse(2) first when this studio flash fails to work .Screw it anti-clockwise and

press to take it out.

 l SWITCHING OFF THE FLASH PROCEDURE

To switch off the Flash:

   Switch off at each Flash head

 Fire off each Flash head with the test button to drain any remaining current left in each unit (capacitor).it this procedure is not done ,it may cause the fuse to blow.

 l DO NOT USE CONE DIFFUSER

The Flash head is not suitable to be used with Cone Diffuser as it may over heat ,This will cause damage to the head unit.

 l DUTY CYCLE (Continuous use)

The Flash can be used at Full Power for 5 Minutes continuous .Then it should be cooled down for few minutes. Overheating will occur if used continuously without cooling down.
